DEPOSIT:

     A $100.00 deposit is required within one week from the date you have requested in order to guarantee your reservation. Once the captain receives you request he will send you a reference Number to be use when sending check or when paying Online. Should weather conditions be unfavorable, you have the option to reschedule your trip. The balance of charter fee will be due prior to departure.

CANCELLATION:

     Should you need to cancel your scheduled trip, Rod's Delight Charters requires a 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure time.

DEPARTURES:

     For most of our fishing charters, we prefer to leave the docks promptly at the pre-aranged time. Leaving early in the morning can greatly increase your chances of catching that keeper fish. Please don’t forget to arrive at the dock 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Charter times are scheduled on a dock-to-dock basis.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL:

     Safety of our guests is our priority. We meet or exceed the USCG requirements for charter vessels.  The captain reserves the right to terminate any charter at any time, without refund, should any passenger appear to be intoxicated, in the captain’s opinion, and could potentially jeopardize the safety of himself, others or the crew. We comply with the USCG "Zero Tolerance Law" regarding the use of drugs. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
